Abstract
This research aims to know the workload, compensation, and organization commitment to job satisfaction. This research was done to 64 employee or respondents of PT X. Data collected through questionnaries distributed to 64 respondents or employees the analysis of the data used is by structural model using partial least square (Smart-PLS) method version 3.0. The results of this research shows that partially the variable of workloads have a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensations has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organization commitment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction of PT X.It has been proven from the results of (t) partials shows significant values of the three variable that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Workload, Compensation, Organization Commitment, Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasaan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada populasi dan sampel sebanyak 64 karyawan PT X. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 64 responden atau karyawan, analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan model struktural dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (Smart- PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja karyawan PT X. Hal ini dibuktikan juga dengan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menujukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel yang mendukung hipotesa tersebut.
