Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Population in this study was 100 employees of PT World Innovative Telecommunication. The research sample used is 80 employees. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The methods of data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Keywords : Communication Organizations, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT World Innovative Telecommunication. Sampel penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 80 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB.
