Abstract
The local culture of an area can elevate the story and identity of the area to a higher level, namely the national and international levels. Yogyakarta is famous for its strong culture in Indonesia. Therefore, the Sleman Regency Government in developing the Sleman area related to culture built a cultural park located in the Pandowoharjo village of Sleman. In the theme approach and the rationale for the design of the cultural park, it is directed to the theme of Culture and Green Architecture with a traditional building approach and sustainable energy-efficient buildings. Keywords: Culture, Cultural Park, Green Architecture, Traditional Buildings, Yogyakarta Budaya lokal suatu daerah dapat mengangkat cerita serta identitas daerah tersebut ke tingkat yag lebih tinggi yaitu tingkat nasional maupun internasional, Yogyakarta terkenal dengan kebudayaan yang kental di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman dalam megembangkan wilayah Sleman terkait kebudayaan membangun sebuah taman budaya yang berada di desa Pandowoharjo Sleman. Pada pendekatan tema dan dasar pemikiran pada rancangan taman budaya itu diarahkan pada tema Culture dan Green Architecture dengan pendekatan bangunan tradisional dan bangunan hemat energi yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Budaya, Taman Budaya, Arsitektur Hijau, Bangunan Tradisional, Yogyakarta.
