Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous effect of job satisfaction, compensation, work motivation on turnover intention at PT Valdo Sumberdaya Mandiri Jakarta. This type of quantitative research with causal method population of all employees of PT. Valdo independent resources with probability sampling technique with the formula Hair determined a sample of 102 respondents. In this study using SEM Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 data analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction, compensation, work motivation simultaneously affect turnover intention. Based on the existing results, the company must increase employee job satisfaction by providing mentally challenging jobs for employees to be more productive so as to reduce employee intentions to leave the company. for compensation, employees must provide wages and salaries that are in accordance with the employee's latest education, so that employees can survive and continue to work in the company. Suggestions for companies to motivate employees must provide wages and salaries that are employees' work experience, so that employees can survive and continue to work in the company. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Work Motivation, Turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan antara Kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Valdo sumber daya mandiri Jakarta. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausal populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Valdo sumber daya mandiri dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel probability dengan rumus Hair ditentukan sampel 102 responden. Pada penelitian menggunakan Analisa data SEM Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover intention. kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang ada, perusahaan harus meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan cara memberikan pekerjaan yang menantang mental karyawan agar lebih produktif sehingga dapat menurunkan niat karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. untuk kompensasi karyawan harus memberikan upah dan gaji yang sesuai dengan pendidikan terakhir karyawan, sehingga karyawan dapat bertahan dan terus bekerja di perusahaan. Saran untuk perusahaan agar memotivasi karyawan harus memberikan upah dan gaji yang pengalaman kerja karyawan, sehingga karyawan dapat bertahan dan terus bekerja di perusahaan.
