Abstract

The word human resources is a key word in developing the company. This word is a supporting factor for the movement of a company. Human resources are the spotlight in the era of globalization, therefore it is necessary to support human resources that move competitively. This is in line with the company's demands to obtain results that continue to grow and follow the times, because of the human resources that are always fostered and directed, by the company, the increase in human resources in a company continues to grow and develop. In this study, researchers aimed to measure and analyze the extent to which the influence of motivation, work environment and work discipline plays an active role in improving employee performance in the company PT Seven Gear Indonesia as the place of this research. Research that has been done using explanatory and descriptive research, where the sampling technique uses sampling of 60 respondents of PT Seven Gear Indonesia employees. Data collection is done by questionnaire, interview, and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the motivation of the work environment and work discipline variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The value of R2 in this study is 0.625, which means the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is equal to 62.5%. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Kata Sumber daya manusia merupakan kata kunci dalam pengembangan diperusahaan kata ini merupakan faktor penunjang pergerakan sebuah perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan sorotan di era globalisasi, oleh karena itu perlu adanya dukungan sumber daya manusia yang bergerak secara kompetitif. Hal ini sejalan dengan tuntutan perusahaan untuk memperoleh hasil yang terus berkembang dan mengikuti jaman, karena dari sumberdaya manusia yang selalu di bina dan di arahkan, oleh perusahan maka peningkatan SDM di sebuah perusahaan terus bertambah dan berkembang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berperan aktif dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan PT Seven Gear Indonesia sebagai tempat penelitian ini dilakukan. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori dan deskriptif, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling sebanyak 60 responden pegawai PT Seven Gear indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial variabel motivasi lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R2 pada penelitian ini adalah 0.625, yang artinya kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu sebesar 62.5%.
