Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Raden Aria Prawira Program Studi : Teknik Sipil Judul : Faktor Risiko Keterlambatan Pekrjaan Struktur Atas Bangunan Gedung Tinggi Terhadap Mutu Keterlambatan menyebabkan pengendalian mutu pada suatu proyek sering terabaikan sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya mutu hanya dianggap menjadi suatu yang tidak penting dalam mencapai sasaran proyek, terutama pada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur atas. Hasil factor risiko keterlamabtan pekerjaan struktur atas terhadap mutu adalah factor perencanaan variabel X3, pekerjaan persiapan variabel X10 & X12 dan administrasi proyek variabel X17, X18, X19 & X20 dari veriabel bebas tersebut di dapatkan hasil analisa variable X12 dan X20 yang menjadi variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mutu Kata Kunci : Faktor Risiko Keterlambatan, Struktur Atas Bangunan Gedung, Mutu ABSTRACT Name : Raden Aria Prawira Study Program : Civil Engineering Title : Risk Factor Delay Work Structure Upper High Building Building Against Quality Delays cause the quality control of a project is often neglected, so in its implementation the quality is only considered to be unimportant in achieving the project objectives, especially at the time of execution of structural work. The result of the risk factors of the top structure work on the quality is the variable planning factor X3, the preparatory work of the variables X10 & X12 and project administration variables X17, X18, X19 & X20 of the free veriabel get the results of variable analysis X12 and X20 which became the most influential variable on quality performance.
