Abstract
Berdasarkan data Kementrian Perindustrian pada tahun 2016, saat ini industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil (TPT) menempati peringkat ketiga ekspor nasional dan pemerintah Indonesia menargetkan ekspor industri tekstil dan produk tekstil (TPT) sebesar 2019 mencapai USD 15 miliar dan USD 30 miliar pada tahun 2025. Maka dari itu produktifitas merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi sehingga diperlukan berbagai system salah satunya adalah TPM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Pilar TPM yang diukur secara formatif melalui Autonomous Maintenance, Planed Maintenance dan Office Administrative Terhadap Produktifitas. Data dikumpulkan dan kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk outer model (model pengukuran) dan kemudian Inner model (model struktural). Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa dari 3 pilar TPM yang dipilih Autonomus Maintenance yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktifitas yaitu dengan nilai coefficient 0.987 sedangkan Planed Maintenance memiliki pengaruh yang sedang, dengan nilai coefficient 0.030 dan yang menempati posisi terakhir adalah office administrative memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kecil. Makalah ini merekomendasikan bahwa komitmen management puncak dalam untuk meningkatkan skill dan pengetahuan karyawan khususnya operator agar pilar TPM berjalan dengan baik. Kata kunci : Pilar TPM, Industri Tekstil, Faktor Signifikan, Dampak, SEM-PLS Based on data from the Ministry of Industry in 2016, currently the Textile and Textile Products (TPT) industry ranks third in national exports and the Indonesian government is targeting exports of the textile and textile products (TPT) industry in 2019 to reach USD 15 billion and USD 30 billion in 2025. Therefore productivity is one of the challenges faced so that various systems are needed, one of which is TPM. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the TPM Pillar as formally measured through Autonomous Maintenance, Planed Maintenance and Office Administrative Against Productivity. Data is collected and then processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Evaluation is carried out for the outer model (measurement model) and then the Inner model (structural model). This study found that from the 3 pillars of TPM selected by Autonomous Maintenance which had a significant effect on productivity, with a coefficient of 0.987 while Planed Maintenance had a moderate effect, with a coefficient value of 0.030 and occupying the last position was administrative office which had very little effect . This paper recommends that the commitment of top management in improving the skills and knowledge of employees, especially operators so that the TPM pillar runs well.
