Abstract
Abstract. The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the influence of leadership, organizational culture on Organization Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) mediated through job satisfaction with financial institutions in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach, where the population in this study was 125 respondents in financial institutions. Questionnaire to respondents using a Likert Scale on a questionnaire with 5 levels of answers. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, survey instruments sent randomly to employees at financial institutions. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). This study reveals that leadership, organizational culture towards OCBE mediated through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCBE, both partially and simultaneously. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) dimediasi melalui kepuasan kerja pada Lembaga keuangan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden pada Lembaga keuangan. Kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan Skala Likert pada kuesioner dengan 5 tingkatan jawaban. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner, instrumen survei dikirim secara acak kepada karyawan pada Lembaga keuangan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi terhadap OCBE dimediasi melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap OCBE, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
