Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Debt Default and Company Growth on Going Concern Audit Opinions by using Company Size as Moderation. This study uses a sample of industrial companies in the Trade, Services and Investment sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 period. The research sample consisted of 37 companies with 74 observations. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The hypothesis testing method used is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that debt default has no effect on going concern opinion and company size as a homologizer moderator does not affect debt default on going concern opinion. Company growth has a negative and significant effect on going concern opinion and company size as quasi moderator influences company growth on going concern opinion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Debt Default dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Opini Audit Going Concern dengan menggunakan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai Moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan industri sektor Perdagangan, Jasa dan Investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2018. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 37 perusahaan dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 74 data pengamatan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa debt default tidak berpengaruh terhadap opini going concern dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi homologizer tidak mempengaruhi debt default terhadap opini going concern. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap opini going concern dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi quasi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap opini going concern.
