Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model yang komprehensif dengan mengukur pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di STIE Indonesia Banking School. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel digunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan model acak berstrata disproporsional sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 18.00 untuk menguji pengaruh signifikansi dari keseluruhan model dan kerangka pemikiran yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan selanjutnya secara bersama-sama kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model by measuring the influences of compensation, leadership and motivation on employee performance at STIE Indonesia Banking School. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. To determine the sample size the Slovin formula is used. Sampling uses a disproportionate randomized model as a sampling technique. This study uses the SPSS version 18.00 application to examine the significance of the significance of the overall predetermined model and framework. The findings show that partial compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Further findings together compensation, leadership and motivation affect employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Motivation, Performance
