Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Good University Governance (GUG) and Environmental Uncertainty on University Quality with analytical units at the Faculty of Economics and Business at ten Accredited Universities A, B and C. The data used are primary data using questionnaires. The population in this study were all structural officials within the Faculty of Economics and Business.by using convenience sampling where sampling is based on the availability of elements and ease of obtaining research samples, of all the questionnaires distributed, only 53 can be processed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square. Good University Governance has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Universities in the Ten Faculties of Economics and Business at A, B and C. Accredited Universities. Increasingly effective improvement of Good University Governance towards good university governance and being an important element of university reform is related to University Quality. Environmental uncertainty has a negative and not significant effect on the quality of universities in the ten faculties of economics and business. A, B and C accredited universities. Because uncertainty cannot be predicted in time and place, the university must have a strategy to deal with it all and individuals cannot predict something. right. Keywords: Good University Governance, Environmental Uncertainty, University Quality Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Good University Governance (GUG) dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan terhadap Kualitas Universitas dengan unit analisis di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis pada sepuluh Universitas Terakreditasi A, B dan C. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pejabat struktural di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Dengan menggunakan Convenience Sampling di mana pengambilan sempel didasarkan pada ketersediaan elemen dan kemudahan untuk mendapatkannya sampel penelitian, dari semua kuesioner yang dibagikan, hanya 53 yang dapat diproses. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Good University Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Universitas pada Sepuluh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas terakreditasi A,B dan C. Dimana semakin efektif peningkatan Good University Governance terhadap Tata kelola universitas yang baik dan menjadi salah satu elemen penting dari reformasi perguruan tinggi terkait dengan Kualitas Universitas. Ketidakpastian Lingkungan berpengaruh Negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kualitas Universitas di Sepuluh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas terakreditasi A,B dan C.. karena ketidakpastian itu tidak bisa di prediksi waktu dan tempatnya sehingga Universitas harus mempunyai strategi untuk menghadapi semuanya dan individu tidak bisa memprediksi sesuatu sacara tepat.
