Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, and intellectual capital on financial performance. The object of this research is the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. This research was conducted using a sample of 33 selected companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with criteria determined by the researcher using a causal relationship design. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) the managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance, (2) leverage has no effect on financial performance, (3) intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, leverage, dan intellectual capital terhadap kinerja keuangan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016 -2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan terpilih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan peneliti menggunakan desain hubungan kausal. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, (2) leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, (3) intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
