Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Motivation, Leadership Style, and Compensation on Organizational Commitment. The population are all employees working at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa, amounting to 300 employees. The selection of samples using simple random sampling, the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula and determined as many as 172 respondents. The data analysis use multiple linear regression models with the help of SPSS version 20.00. The results of this study found that Motivation, Leadership Style, and Compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa. Motivation, Leadership Style, and Compensation simultaneously have an effect of 71.8% on Organizational Commitment at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa, while the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. For this reason, it is suggested that further research can add independent variables such as organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction. Keywords : Motivation, Leadership Style, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kompensasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa yang berjumlah 300 orang. Pemilihan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling, jumlah sampel di tentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dan ditentukan sebanyak 172 responden. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 71,8% terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa. Sedangkan sisanya 28,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Untuk itu, disarankan kapada penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel bebas seperti budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
