Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Return On Asset, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable Asset on Dividend Policy. Dependent variable in this research, which is Dividend Policy is measured using DPR. The population in this research was manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. The sample in this research were 59 companies. The sampling technique method in this research was purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program. The results of the analysis for this model indicate that Return On Assets, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable have a positive and significant impact on Dividend Policy. Keywords: Return on Assets, Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Assets, Dividend Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Asset, Free Cash Flow, dan Collateralizable Asset terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Kebijakan Dividen diukur menggunakan DPR. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016 - 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian dalam model ini menunjukan bahwa Return On Asset, Free Cash Flow, dan Collateralizable Asset pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci: Return On Asset, Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Asset, Kebijakan Dividen
