Abstract

This research is aimed at examining and analyzing the influence of corporate social responsibility, profitability and company size on firm value in the metal and mineral subsector companies which are registeredin Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2014 to 2017. The sample used With 11 companies as the samples which is obtained by using purposive sampling method with 44 observations. The data used is secondary data. The research hypothesis will be tested using multiple regression analyses. The result of the research shows that corporate social responsibility, profitability, and company size have significant influence on firm value. Partially, company size have significant influenceon firm value, whereas the profitability and corporate social responsibility does not have significant influence on firm value. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, Company Size and Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibilty, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan 44 pengamatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hipotesis penelitian di uji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan corporate social responsibilty, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan corporate social responsibilty dan profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibilty, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan.
