Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Indepeden Kommissioner ,Institutional Ownership, Debt Policy, and Profitability On Firm Value. At food and bacerage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in this study, in the form of annual reports of food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2018. The number of food and baverage companies used as samples of this study were 12 companies with observations for 5 years. Based on the purposive sampling method, the total study sample was 60 annual reports companies that represent the population. The analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the linear regression study show that the Indepeden Kommissioner and Profitability is positive and significantly effect on firm value and Institutional Ownership and Debt Policy (DER) is positive and no significant effect on firm value Keywords: Indepeden Kommissioner, Institutional Ownership, Debt Policy, and Profitability,and Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dewan komisaris independen,kepemilikan institusional,kebijakan hutang dan profitabilitas terhadap niai perusahaan Pada perusahaan food and bacerages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan food and baverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Jumlah perusahaan food and baverage yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, total sampel penelitian adalah 60 laporan tahunan perusahaan yang mewakili populasi. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen dan profitabilitas (ROA) berpengarh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan kepemilikan institusional dan kebijakan hutang (DER) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
