Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin, current Ratio, and Asset Growth On Dividend Policy in partial and simultaneous. By testing one by one the independent variables against the dependent and test jointly all independent variables. Type of research used quantitative research. The object of this research is all company Property, Real Estate and Buillding which are listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2015-2017. This research was conducted against 19 companies, the method of selection of the sample used is purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, namely the analysis of the relationship between one dependent variable with two or more independent variables. The results of this study showed that partial and simultaneous, namely Net Profit Margin and a significant negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio and a significant negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, and Asset Growth and no significant negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Keywords : Net Profit Margin , current Ratio, Asset Growth, Dividend Policy, Company Property, Real Estate and Buillding Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin, current Rasio, dan Asset Growth Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen secara parsial dan simultan. Dengan menguji satu persatu variabel independen terhadap dependen dan menguji secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel independen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Property, Real Estate dan Buillding yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 19 perusahaan, metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, yaitu analisis mengenai hubungan antara satu variabel dependen dengan dua atau lebih variabel independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan yaitu Net Profit Margin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, dan Asset Growth berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio.
