Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan deviden sebagai variabel intervening studi pada emiten yang terindeks LQ45 Tahun 2014-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45 yaitu berjumlah 45 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 8 perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45 tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan CR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap PBV. DER dan ROE berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap PBV. DPR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap PBV. CR, DER dan ROE berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap DPR. CR, DER dan ROE berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap PBV melalui DPR sebagai variabel intervening. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Devidend Payout Ratio, Price to book value. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability on firm value with devidend policy as an intervening variable in the study of issuers indexed in LQ45 2014-2018. The population of this study were all companies indexed by LQ45, amounting to 45 companies. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 8 companies indexed by LQ45 in 2014-2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple and simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that CR has a positive insignificant effect directly on PBV. DER and ROE have a positive significant effect directly on PBV. DPR has a positive insignificant effect directly on PBV. CR, DER and ROE have a positive insignificant effect directly on DPR. CR, DER and ROE have a positive indirect effect on PBV through DPR as an intervening variable.
