Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Karakteristik Dan Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir (Studi Kasus Di RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat , Nama : Jedi Novayana, NIM : 41113320014, Dosen Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi, ST., MT., 2018 Rumah sakit Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat merupakan group dari Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga yang dibangun sejak tahun 1989 dan telah berhasil mengoperasikan 12 rumah sakit yang tersebar di beberapa kota, delapan di Jabodetabek, tiga di Surabaya, dan satu di Tegal. RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat telah tersertifikasi dengan akreditasi KARS (Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit) dengan peringkat paripurna alodokter.com, (2016). Penyusunan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan tingkat pelayanan parkir. Selain itu juga untuk memprediksi kebutuhan parkir 10 tahun kedepan sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei langsung pada hari selasa, kamis dan minggu dari 00:00 sampai 23:59 tiap hari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, jumlah parkir tersedia saat ini 70 SRP motor dan 25 SRP mobil , kebutuhan parkir saat ini untuk motor 146 kendaraan/jam dan untuk mobil 52 kendaraan/jam, volume kendaraan tertinggi untuk motor pada hari minggu sebanyak 500 kendaraan dan untuk kendaraan mobil sebanyak 190 kendaraan pada hari kamis. Akumulasi parkir tertinggi untuk motor pada hari kamis pukul 12.00 – 12.59 WIB sebesar 96 kendaraan dengan indeks parkir mencapai 160% dan untuk mobil pada hari minggu pukul 12.00-12.59 WIB sebesar 31 kendaraan dengan indeks parkir mencapai 124%. Durasi parkir rata-rata untuk motor dan mobil diatas 3 jam. Angka pergantian parkir untuk motor dan mobil berada dibawah 1 Kend/petak/jam. Kualitas pelayanan yang perlu di pertahankan yaitu Fisik (Tangible) ruang parkir yang bersih dan nyaman, Keandalan (Reliability), Reaksi (Responsive), Kepastian (Assurance), Disarankan (Empaty), perlu adanya peningkatan yaitu Fisik (Tangible) marka dan rambu parkir serta sirkulasi tempat parkir, Kepastian (Assurance), Proyeksi pada tahun 2028 diperkirakan ada 223 motor/jam atau meningkat 52%, untuk mobil diperkirakan ada 82 mobil/jam atau meningkat 55%. Mitra Keluarga West Bekasi Hospital has been certified with KARS accreditation (Hospital Accreditation Commission) with plenary rank of alodokter.com, (2016). The preparation of this thesis aims to determine the characteristics of parking and parking service levels. In addition, it is also to predict parking needs in the next 10 years while providing recommendations for solutions to overcome problems. The method used is a direct survey on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 00:00 to 23:59 every day. Based on the results of the analysis, the amount of parking available is currently 70 SRP motors and 25 SRP cars, the current parking requirements for motorbikes are 146 vehicles / hour and for cars 52 vehicles / hour, the highest vehicle volume for motorbikes on Sunday is 500 vehicles and for cars 190 vehicles on Thursday. The highest parking accumulation for motorbikes on Thursday at 12.00 - 12.59 WIB is 96 vehicles with parking index reaching 160% and for cars on Sunday at 12.00-12.59 WIB, there are 31 vehicles with parking index reaching 124%. Average parking duration for motorbikes and cars over 3 hours. The number of parking changes for motorbikes and cars is below 1 vehicle / plot / hour. The quality of service that needs to be maintained is Physical (Tangible) clean and comfortable parking space, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Suggested (Fourth), an increase is needed namely Physical (Tangible) markers and parking signs as well as the circulation of parking lots, Certainty (Assurance), Projections in 2028 there are an estimated 223 motorbikes / hour or an increase of 52%, for cars estimated to be 82 cars / hour or an increase of 55%.
