Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aprtemen Transpark Cibubur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Aprtemen Transpark Cibubur yang pernah membeli property, yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 konsumen, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Rao Purba dalam Kharis. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa promosi positif signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. harga positif signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. kualitas produk positif tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Harga,dan Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, price, and quality of products on purchasing decisions on The Transpark Cibubur Aprtemen. The population in this study is consumers of Transpark Cibubur Aprtemen who have purchased property, which is used as many as 100 consumers, calculated based on the formula Rao Purba in Kharis. Sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. Quantitative analysis method using statistics. This research proves that positive promotion significantly affects purchasing decisions. significant positive price influence on purchasing decisions. positive product quality does not significantly affect purchasing decisions.
