Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Dividen Payout Ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diseleksi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci :Price Book Value, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Dividen Payout Ratio. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Return On Equity,Debt to Equity Ratio and Dividen Payout Ratio variables on the Price Book Value of construction and building sub-sectors for the 2013-2018 period. The population in this study were 18 companies. The sample used was 8 companies. The sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using panel data regression analysis using EViews 10. The results of this study prove that the Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Price Book Value ,Debt to Equity Ratio(DER) has a negative and does not significant effect on Price Book Value and Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) has a positive and significant to the Price Book Value.
