Abstract
The Helpdesk app has been used by many companies and agencies. This application is considered to facilitate technician work technically. In addition the Heldesk application can facilitate the user in reporting damaged facilities, so that technicians can directly identify the damage to the facility appropriately. every damaged facility is still recorded manually and does not have a track record of damage so that technicians become difficulty in repairing damaged facilities. This causes learning activities to be disturbed by damaged facilities. This Helpdesk application will facilitate students in reporting damage and facilitate technicians in managing damaged facilities, This Helpdesk application will also facilitate students in reporting damage to the facility to be directly in the response by a technician quickly Keywords: problem, handling, solution. Aplikasi Helpdesk telah digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan dan instansi. Aplikasi ini dinilai dapat memudahkan pekerjaan teknisi secara teknis. Selain itu aplikasi Helpdesk dapat memudahkan user dalam melaporkan fasilitas yang rusak, sehingga teknisi dapat langsung mengidentifikasi kerusakan fasilitas secara tepat. setiap fasilitas rusak masih didata secara manual dan tidak memiliki rekam jejak kerusakan sehingga teknisi menjadi kesulitan dalam melakukan perbaikan fasilitas rusak. Hal ini menyebabkan kegiatan belajar menjadi terganggu oleh fasilitas yang rusak. Aplikasi Helpdesk ini akan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melaporkan kerusakan serta memudahkan teknisi dalam mengelola fasilitas rusak, Aplikasi Helpdesk ini juga akan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas agar dapat langsung di respon oleh teknisi secara cepat Kata Kunci : masalah, penanganan, solusi.
