Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh, kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan terpilih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan peneliti menggunakan desain hubungan kausal. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal dan Nilai Perusahaan The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, profitability and capital structure on firm value proxied by PBV. The object of this research is the food and beverages sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This research was conducted using a sample of 12 selected companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with criteria determined by the researcher using a causal relationship design. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership variables has does not effect on firm value. And profitability and capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value.
