Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Murabahah Financing, Istishna Financing, and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Profitability of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (Research Year 2010-2017). The population and sample in this study were PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia which presents quarterly financial statements for 2010-2017. The research method used in this research is causal research. And the analytical method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and the analytical method is Descriptive Statistics Test, Classical Assumption Test, Model Feasibility Test and Hypothesis Test. The analysis technique used is in the form of the F statistical test which shows whether all the independent variables included in the model have a joint influence on the dependent variable and the t statistical test which shows how far one independent variable individually explains the variation of the dependent variable with a significance level of 5 %. The results of the study with the t test show that the Murabahah and Non Performing Financing (NPF) Financing variables have a significant negative effect on the Profitability (ROE) variable, while the Istishna Financing variable does not have a significant effect on the variable profitability (ROE). Keywords : MURABAHAH FINANCING, ISTISHNA FINANCING, NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF), and ROE Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah, Pembiayaan Istishna, dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (Tahun Penelitian 2010-2017). Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia yang menyajikan laporan keuangan triwulan tahun 2010-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kausal (causal research). Dan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisisnya adalah Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji kelayakan Model dan Uji Hipotesis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa uji statistik F yang menunjukkan apakah semua variabel independen yang dimasukkan dalam model mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen dan uji statistik t yang menunjukkan seberapa jauh satu variabel independen secara individual dalam menerangkan variasi variable dependen dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pembiayaan Murabahah dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap variabel Profitabilitas (ROE), sedangkan variabel Pembiayaan Istishna tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel profitabilitas (ROE).
