Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Relations, Workplace Well-Being, dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention studi pada karyawan PT. Panasonic Industrial Components Indonesia (PICID) MM Factory yang beralamat di Kawasan Industri MM2100 Blok O-1-1 Cikarang Barat, Bekasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT PICID MM Factory. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 948 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 135 responden dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas. Dengan menggunakan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa employee relations berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, workplace well-being berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pada karyawan di PT PICID MM Factory. Kata Kunci: Employee Relations, Workplace Well-Being, Kompensasi , Karyawan, Turnover Intention. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Relations, Workplace Well-Being, and Compensation on Turnover Intention studies on PT. Panasonic Indistrial Components Indonesia (PICID) MM Factory located on Kawasan Industri MM2100 Blok O-1-1 Cikarang Barat, Bekasi. The subjects in this study were all employees at PT. PICID MM Factory. Population in this study is 948 people. The number of samples used was 135 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of validation and reliability tests. By using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that employee relations has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workplace well-being has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, on employees at PT.
