Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan fingerprint, disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai Fakultas Film dan Televisi Institut Kesenian Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 pegawai fakultas film dan televisi. Sampel yang dipergunakan semua anggota populasi sebanyak 47 pegawai, berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada penerapan fingerprint terhadap kinerja pegawai Fakultas film dan televisi. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Fakultas film dan televisi. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pemberisan insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai Fakultas film dan televisi-IKJ. Kata Kunci: Penerapan Fingerprint, Disiplin Kerja, Pemberian Insentif dan Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of fingerprinting, work discipline and incentives on the performance of the employees of the Faculty of Film and Television at the Jakarta Arts Institute. The population in this study were 47 film and television faculty employees. The sample used by all members of the population was 47 employees, based on saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method was carried out with a research instrument that was a questionnaire. Test the validity and reliability of the product moment correlation formula data from Pearson and Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the application of fingerprints on the performance of the employees of the film and television faculty. There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on the performance of the faculty of film and television employees. There is a positive and significant effect on the provision of incentives on the performance of the employees of the Faculty of Film and Television-IKJ.
