Abstract

ROCKING CHAIR FOR THE ELDERLY Lolita Gayatri 41914210002 Proposed To Complement Some Of The Terms in taking the final project Course ABSTRACT Product rocking chair for the elderly. The elderly are grouped on the elderly early by age 55 years to 64 years. Interest will arise from the rocking chair-making the existence of problems occurred among the elderly. The needs of the furniture on the go for the elderly that has activities or funneling their hobby by sitting relax in a Chair. From there arises a sense less comfortable in a rocking chair, rocking chair for the elderly who have been there is still less comfortable to sit because the holder has tended to be loud and have a very curved Chair arch that makes rocking chair swing quickly. It makes danger for among the elderly. As for the elderly a rocking chair is a means of furniture that is good for the body and merileksasikan should make a comfortable and safe in use. This rocking chair using fabric with foam super types of legacy and use the sungkai wood on order. Keywords : Elderly, Rocking Chair KURSI GOYANG UNTUK LANSIA Lolita Gayatri 41914210002 Diajukan Guna Melengkapi Sebagian Syarat dalam Mengambil Mata Kuliah Tugas Akhir ABSTRAK Produk kursi goyang untuk lansia. Lansia yang dikelompokan pada lansia dini dengan umur 55 tahun sampai 64 tahun. Ketertarikan akan pembuatan kursi goyang timbul dari adanya permasalahan yang terjadi dikalangan lansia. Kebutuhan furniture yang di tujukan untuk lansia yang mempunyai kegiatan atau menyalurkan hobi mereka dengan duduk bersantai di sebuah kursi. Dari situlah timbul rasa kurang nyaman pada kursi goyang yang sudah ada, bagi lansia kursi goyang yang telah ada masih kurang nyaman untuk diduduki karena memiliki dudukan yang cenderung keras dan memiliki kaki lengkungan kursi yang sangat melengkung yang membuat kursi goyang berayun dengan cepat. itu membuat bahaya untuk kalangan lansia. Karena bagi lansia sebuah kursi goyang merupakan sarana furniture yang baik untuk merileksasikan tubuh dan harus membuat nyaman serta aman dalam penggunaannya. Kursi goyang ini menggunakan bahan kain jenis legacy dengan busa super dan menggunakan kayu sungkai pada rangka. Kata Kunci : Kursi Goyang, Lansia
