Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Leverage (DER) on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry company during year 2016 to 2018. The method of determining the sample uses purposive sampling. 118 samples were selected with predetermined criteria on this. The independent variables in this research are Return On Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Leverage (DER). As the dependent variable is Company Value. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, classic assumptions, feasibility models and hypotheses using the SPSS program version 22nd. The results indicate that the variable Return on assets (ROA) and Leverage (DER) affect the company's value. Whereas the variable Free Cash Flow (FCF) does not affect the value of the company. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Leverage (DER) on company's value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) dan Leverage (DER) terhadap Nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Consumer Goods Industry selama periode 2016 – 2018. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 118 dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Adapun variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Return On Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) dan Leverage (DER). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu Nilai Perusahaan. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik, kelayakan model dan hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return on assets (ROA) dan Leverage (DER) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk variabel Free Cash Flow (FCF) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Return On Assets (ROA), Free Cash Flow (FCF) dan Leverage (DER) terhadap nilai perusahaan.
