Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, intellectual capital and company risk on firm value. The independent variables used are institutional ownership, intellectual capital is measured by the value added intellectual coefficient (VAICTM) and company risk is measured by the standard deviation of earnings before interest and tax. While the dependent variable used is firm value measured by price book value (pbv). The population in this study are property & construction companies registered on the IDX during the 2015-2017 period. Example uses. Data analysis using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. Samples were collected by purposive sampling method with a total of 48. The results of this study indicate that the variable Institutional Ownership and Company Risk has a negative influence on firm value. While the Intellectual Capital variable has no influence on Company Value. Keywords: Corporate Values, Institutional Ownership Structure, Intellectual Capital and Risk Company. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, modal intelektual dan risiko perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel independen yang digunakan yaitu kepemilikan institusional, modal intelektual diukur dengan value added intellectual coefficient (VAICTM)dan risiko perusahaan diukur dengan standar deviasi earning before interest and tax. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu nilai perusahaan diukur dengan price book value (pbv). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti & kontruksi yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2015-2017.Sample menggunakan. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Sample dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 48. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemilikan Institusional dan Risiko Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara variabel Modal Intelektual tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusaaan, Kepemilikan Institusional, Modal Intelektual dan Risiko Perusahaan.
