Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables in the form of value added intellectual coefficient, working capital turnover, and return on assets on the dependent variable namely firm value. The object of this research is Miscellaneous Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 –2018. The Analysis model used is multiple regression with a causal approach. The study population was 80 companies with a sample of 20 companies. The result of this study indicate that the value added intellectual coefficient, working capital turnover, and return on assets simultaneously affect firm value. Meanwhile, individually, it shows that the value added intellectual coefficient do not have influence on the firm value, working capital turnover do not have influence on the firm value and return on assets have an influence on the firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen berupa Value Added Intellectual Coefficient, Working Capital Turnover, dan Return On Assets terhadap variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 – 2018. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 80 perusahaan dengan sampel 20 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan value added intellectual coefficient, working capital turnover, dan return on assets berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara individu, menunjukkan bahwa value added intellectual coefficient tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, working capital turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan return on assets berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Value Added Intellectual Coefficient, Working Capital Turnover, Return on Assets, Nilai Perusahaan.
