Abstract

This study aims to identify people's behavior towards Islamic banks from the perspective of religiosity, knowledge, and subjective norms. The subjects in this study were people in DKI Jakarta . The sample used in this study was 122 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed Religiosity haven’t been a significant effect on the intention to becoming a customer, knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intention to a becoming customer and Subjective Norm has a significant positive effect on the intention to becoming a customer. Keyword: Religiosity, Knowledge, Subjective Norm, Islamic Bank Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku intensi masyarakat terhadap bank syariah ditinjau dari perspektif religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan norma subjektif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 122 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi nasabah, pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi nasabah dan norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi nasabah. Kata Kunci : Religiusitas, Pengetahuan, Norma Subjektif, Bank Syariah
