Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, ukurn perusahaan dan good corporate goverance terhadap struktur modal. Dalam penelitian ini profitabilias diukur dengan Return On Asset, Ukuran Perusahaan diukur dengan in In Total Asset dan Good Corporate Governance di ukur dengan kepemiikan manajerial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah perusahaan sub sektor Industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2018 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekni purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan siginifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, dan Good Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Good Corporate Governance Capital structure This research aims at observing the Profitability , firm size, and Good Corporate Governance: Capital Structure condition. In this research, Profitability is measured by Return On Assets, Firm Size is measured by ln total assets an Good Corporate Governance is measured by Managerial ownership. The research method applied in this research is quantitative method and the technique of analyzing data applied in this research is documentation technique. The population in this research is the Sub-sector Basic and chemical industry which is listed at Indonesian stock Exchages in 2017-2018 with and collected by purposive sampling technique. The research results reveals that profitability has a positve influence and significance towards Capital Structure, firm size has a positive influence and significance towards Capital Structure and Good Corporate has a negative influence and significance towards Capital Structure.
