Abstract
PT. The Cool Indonesia is a contractor appointed by the Hero Group as the person in charge of refrigeration equipment. Service contracts that are carried out are inseparable from complaints, from several projects given to PT. The Cool, Giant Sindang barang has become the project with the highest number of complaints and fruit & vegetable cold rooms are the main problems. During the study period an initial Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) calculation was obtained and 68.88% of the scores were still far from standard. After conducting a discussion to find out the cause of the damage and an analysis of the corrective actions that will be carried out, a corrective action will be implemented for the cold room unit with several stages. Then the OEE was calculated after repairing and obtained 87.87% of the value that had met the world standard because in general the OEE value which included the world standard was 85% Keywords: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, cold room, cause of damage, corrective action PT. The Cool Indonesia merupakan kontraktor yang ditunjuk oleh pihak Hero Grup sebagai penanggung jawab penuh peralatan mesin pendingin. Kontrak service yang dijalnkan tidak terlepas dari complaint, dari beberapa project yang diberikan kepada PT.The Cool, Giant sindang barang menjadi project dengan jumlah complaint terbanyak dan cold room buah & sayur menjadi permasalahan utama. Selama masa penelitian dilakukan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) awal dan diperoleh 68.88% nilai yang masih jauh dari standar. Setelah melakukan diskusi untuk mengetahui sebab kerusakan yang terjadi dan analisa tindakan perbaikan yang akan dilakukan, maka dilakukan implementasi tindakan perbaikan untuk unit cold room tersebut dengan beberapa tahapan. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan OEE setelah perbaikan dan diperoleh 87.87% nilai yang sudah memenuhi standar dunia karena pada umumnya nilai OEE yang termasuk standar dunia adalah 85% Kata kunci : Overall Equipment Effectiveness, cold room, sebab kerusakan, tindakan perbaikan
