Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cash ratio, debt to equity, gross profit margin, dan total asset turn over terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor pariwisata, hotel dan restaurant yang terdaftar pada bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Laporan keuangan dikatakan memiliki kandungan informasi bila publikasi dari laporan keuangan tersebut menyebabkan bergeraknya reaksi pasar. Reaksi pasar ini di tunjukan dengan adanya perubahan dari harga saham yang lazimnya diukur dengan menggunakan return saham sebagai nilai perubahannya. Salah satu alat untuk menganalisis harga saham adalah dengan analisis ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variable Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity, Gross Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turn Over pada perusahaan sub sektor Pariwisata, Hotel dan Restaurant berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F ) dan hasil uji parsial ( uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari empat variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Keyword : Cash Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity (DER), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) dan Total Asset Turn Over ( TATO) This study aims to analyze the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity, gross profit margin, and total asset turnover on stock prices in tourism, hotel and restaurant companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2013 to 2017. The financial statements are said has information content if the publication of the financial statements causes market reactions to move. This market reaction is indicated by a change in stock prices which is normally measured using stock returns as the value of the change. One tool to analyze stock prices is with ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variable Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity, Gross Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turn Over in the Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant sub-sector companies significantly influence Stock Prices. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the partial test results (t test) also showed a significant value of the four independent variables that support the hypothesis.
