Abstract

In construction projects, there are several things that must always be considered, especially about the cost (Cost), quality (Performance) and time (Time) of the project work. By implementing a good scheduling method, you will get better results. For construction service companies it is very important to implement scheduling and defect reduction in each project work activity. The application of linear and Six Sigma methods on road works will increase time efficiency and maintain better quality. To find out the effect of applying these two methods, an analysis is carried out by making variable effects on project performance, which are then made statement items to be used as questionnaires. will be disseminated to several respondents, collected a number of 50 data from these respondents. The distribution of the questionnaire in this study was aimed at road projects. The research respondents were experts who worked in each of the road works projects. The results or data obtained from the questionnaire that has been filled in by the respondents are then entered or processed by SPSS for Windows 20.0 software, to determine the effect on time performance and the effect on quality performance on road project work. Pada proyek konstruksi, ada beberapa hal yang harus selalu diperhatikan terutama tentang biaya (Cost), mutu (Performance) dan waktu (Time) dari pekerjaan proyek tersebut. Dengan menerapkan metode penjadwalan yang baik maka akan dapat hasil yang lebih baik. Bagi perusahaan jasa konstruksi sangat penting menerapkan penjadwalan dan pengurangan defect pada setiap kegiatan pekerjaan proyek. Penerapan metode linear dan Six Sigma pada pekerjaan jalan akan meningkatkan effisiensi waktu dan menjaga mutu yang lebih baik.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan kedua metode ini dilakukan analisa dengan membuat variabel pengaruh-pengaruh terhadap kinerja proyek, yang kemudian dibuatkan butir-butir pernyataan untuk dijadikan kuesioner yang akan disebarkan ke beberapa responden, terkumpul sejumlah 50 data dari responden tersebut. Penyebaran kuesioner pada penelitian ini ditujukan ke proyek-proyek jalan. Responden penelitian adalah para ekspert yang bekerja dimasing-masing poryek pekerjaan jalan. Hasil atau data yang didapat dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh responden kemudian dimasukkan atau diolah oleh perangkat lunak SPSS for windows 20.0, untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu dan pengaruh terhadap kinerja mutu pada pekerjaan proyek jalan.
