Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and competence on teacher work productivity in SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The population in this study were all 42 Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational School teachers. The sample use is a saturated sample and measure on a Likert scale. Data were collected using a quistionaire. The method use in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research show that work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on work productivity and competence has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Keywords : Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Competence, Work Productivity. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sample yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh dan diukur dengan skala likert. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.
