Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 110 Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru di SMPN 110 Jakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 34 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode sensus dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 34 guru. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menguji outer model, Inner model dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 (5%) =1,96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci : stres kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja guru, SMPN 110 Jakarta. This study was to find out the effect of work stress and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers of SMPN 110 Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study were 34 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. The method used in the research is the census method by distributing questionnaires to 34 teachers. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), by testing the outer model, Inner model with a significant level of 0.05 (5%) = 1.96. The results showed that the work stress variables and organizational commitments were positive and significant towards teacher performance.
