Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, Dan kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah kayawan tetap divisi marketing PT. Global Artha Futures yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel 60 responden penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan dengan penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda,uji F, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang digunakan adalah SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel stress kerja kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Global Artha Futures. Kata kunci : Stres kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi,Turnover Intention. The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of job stress, job satisfaction, and compensation on the turnover intentions This object of this research is the permanent of the marketing division pt global artha futures which is located in south Jakarta. The sampling method used is a sample saturated with a sample of 60 people. This research uses quantitative approach with the research design used is the design of causal research. Data collection techiques used is observation, interview, and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The result of the research that was used is spss version 23. The result of this study indicate job stress variable has positive effect and significant to turnover intention, job satisfaction variabel had negative and significant effect to turnover intention and compensation variable had negative and significant effect to turnover intention of PT. Global Artha Futures. Therefore the test result of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between job stress variable, job satisfaction and compensation to employee turnover intentions in PT. Global Artha Futures. Key Words : Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Turnover Intention.
