Abstract

In every project implementation, labor is an important part that influences the performance of a construction project. Worker productivity is a factor that determines the success of the construction implementation schedule so it is necessary to know its value. One of the obstacles is the absence of standards that can be used as a reference for the value of worker productivity. The purpose of this research is (1) to get the productivity value of the working group on the work of reinforcement and the work of installation of formwork (2) get the unit price of work wage (3) to know the factors that hinder the implementation of the work. The location of data sampling is done in PLTU Sofifi 2x3MM project on execution of steel reinforcement work and installation of formwork of coal warehouse wall. Data were obtained by field observation and the result was analyzed by time study method From the calculation results obtained standard time average work of reinforcement and installation of formwork consecutively is 53.61 minutes and 581.83 minutes. The average productivity value of reinforcement and installation work is 11.337 kg / hour / person, 0.460 m2 / jam / person, respectively. The wage price of the worker per work unit for works of installation and installation of formwork is Rp1,411.31 / kg and 34,782.6. Factors affecting worker productivity are material layout, conveyance, lifting equipment, working method, material used, air temperature, fatigue factor, worker relaxation time and contingency. Keywords: worker productivity; reinforcement; formwork; coal storage wall; time study Dalam setiap pelaksanaan proyek, tenaga kerja merupakan bagian penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja suatu proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas pekerja menjadi faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan jadwal pelaksanaan konstruksi sehingga perlu diketahui nilainya. Salah satu yang menjadi kendala adalah belum adanya standar yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk nilai produktivitas pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendapatkan nilai produktivitas kelompok pekerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan besi tulangan dan pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting (2) mendapatkan harga satuan upah pekerjaan (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Lokasi pengambilan sampel data dilakukan di proyek PLTU Sofifi 2x3MM pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemasangan besi tulangan dan pemasangan bekisting dinding gudang batubara. Data diperoleh dengan observasi lapangan dan hasilnya di analisis dengan metode time study. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh standard time rata-rata pekerjaan pembesian dan pemasangan bekisting berturut-turut adalah 53.61 menit dan 581.83 menit. Nilai produktivitas rata-rata pekerjaan pemasangan besi tulangan dan pemasangan bekisting berturut-turut adalah sebesar 11.337 kg/jam/orang, 0.460 m2/jam/orang. Harga upah pekerja per satuan pekerjaan untuk pekerjaan pembesian dan pemasangan bekisting adalah Rp. 1,411.31/kg dan 34,782.6. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja adalah tata letak material, alat angkut, alat angkat, metode kerja, material yang digunakan, suhu udara, faktor kelelahan, waktu relaxasi pekerja dan contingency Kata kunci: produktivitas pekerja; pembesian; bekisting; dinding gudang batubara; time study.
