Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional, kompensasi dan konflik kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan Exindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Exindo yang berjumlah 57 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sempel jenuh yang mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sempel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 2.3 . Penelitian ini didapat hasil bahwa komitmen organisasional, kompensasi dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan atau bersama – sama. Dan didapat hasil bahwa komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Dan konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasional, Kompensasi, Konflik Kerja, Disiplin Kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, compensation and work conflict on the work discipline of Exindo employees. The population in this study were all Exindo employees, amounting to 57 people. The sampling used in this study is the saturated sampling technique in which the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection is done by questionnaire. In this study the method of data analysis using SPSS 2.3. This study found that organizational commitment, compensation and work conflict had a significant effect simultaneously or together. And the results obtained that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Compensation has no significant effect on work discipline. And work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Work Conflict, Work Discipline.
