Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan. Objek Penelitian ini adalah Waroeng Spesial Sambal di Tanjung Duren. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Statistik Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji t Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Waroeng Spesial Sambal di Tanjung Duren. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. This study is to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is Waroeng Spesial Sambal at tanjung duren. This study was conducted on 100 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression Statistics. The results of this study indicate that the t test of Product Quality, service quality, and price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Waroeng Spesial Sambal Tanjung Duren.
