Abstract
This study aims to analyze the determinants of stock prices (CR, DER, PBV, ROE) in the coal mining sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample of this study was purposive sampling. In accordance with predetermined criteria, a sample of 11 companies was obtained with a observation period of 5 years so that the number of samples was 55 companies. The analysis technique used is the Random Effect Model. R-Square is 0.562719, which means that 56% of the Share Price variance can be explained by changes in the CR, DER, PBV, ROE variables. While the remaining 44% is explained by other factors outside the research model. The results showed that CR did not affect the stock price of the coal mining sub-sector. DER has a significant negative effect on the share price of the coal mining sub-sector. PBV and ROE have a significant positive effect on the share price of the coal mining sub-sector. Keywords: Stock Price, CR, DER, PBV, ROE Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa determinan harga saham (CR, DER, PBV, ROE) pada sub sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 - 2017. Metode penentuan sampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan 5 tahun sehingga jumlah sampel 55 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Random Effect Model. R – Square sebesar 0,562719, yang memiliki makna bahwa 56% dari varians Harga Saham dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel CR, DER, PBV, ROE. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 44% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sub sektor batubara. DER berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor batubara. PBV dan ROE berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor batubara.
