Abstract
Non-infrastructure steel construction , including factory building requirement reached 48% of the total steel construction in Indonesia. The delay in implementation of steel construction projects in the world reaches 20-30% and waste reaches 9.6%. While steel construction works have a weight of 30-50% of the total cost of factory buildings. Therefore, to overcome this, the application of Lean construction and M-PERT were chosen for this study. The results of statistical analysis using SPSS showed twelve influential factors, namely: building planning, scheduling, preparation, delivery methods, location optimization, work methods, activity duration distribution, network timing, managing uncertainty supply, merging project activities, network network similarities, scheduling on time. While from the results of the case study analysis, showed that by applying Lean Construction, the waste can be reduced to 7.78%. The scheduling of steel construction, with the application of M-PERT resulted in an accuracy of 98.89% or an error of 1.1%. KEYWORDS: Steel construction, Lean construction, M-PERT, Accurate schedule, Reduce Waste Kebutuhan konstruksi baja non infrastruktur, termasuk kebutuhan bangunan pabrik mencapai 48% dari total kebutuhan konstruksi baja di Indonesia, Adapun keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi baja di dunia mencapai 20 -30% dan waste mencapai 9,6%. Padahal pekerjaan konstruksi baja memiliki bobot sebesar 30 – 50% dari total biaya bangunan pabrik. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penerapan Lean construction dan M-PERT menjadi pilihan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisa statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh duabelas faktor berpengaruh yaitu : perencanaan gedung, penyusunan penjadwalan, preparation, metode deliveri, optimasi lokasi, metode kerja, pendistribusian durasi aktifitas, penentuan waktu network, managing uncertainty supply, penggabungan kegiatan proyek, kemiripan jaringan network, penjadwalan tepat waktu. Sedangkan dari hasil analisa studi kasus, dengan menerapkan Lean Construction, maka waste nya bisa dikurangi sampai 7,78%. Adapun penjadwalan pada konstruksi baja, dengan penerapan M-PERT menghasilkan akurasi 98,89% atau kesalahan 1,1%.
