Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of knowledge sharing, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), emotional intelligence and employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera and the number of samples specified was 87 respondents. Withdrawal methods sample using saturated samples. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling. Using the method of data collection method survey, with research instrument is the questionnaire. Data analysis using the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research proves that Knowledge Sharing does not give effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influential positively and significantly on employee performance. Emotional intelligence influential positively and significantly on employee performance. Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera dan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah 87 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Knowledge Sharing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kecerdasan Emosional, Kinerja Karyawan.
