Abstract

Labor is an important factor in the implementation of a construction project. This is because working on labor-intensive construction projects means that it uses a lot of labor and is mostly done manually. This study aims to determine the productivity of normal work and overtime work on a home renovation project in Duta Garden and to determine the effect of overtime work productivity on labor costs. The sample of this study was masons who worked on the Duta Garden housing renovation project. Data collection is carried out by direct observation in the field after data is obtained, then it will be analyzed using the yield value method in order to obtain worker productivity during normal hours and overtime hours in the Ambassador Garden housing renovation project. The results showed that normal work productivity and overtime work on a home renovation project in Duta Garden, the demolition work group during normal hours was 3,322 m2 / hour / person while overtime was 1,7006 m2 / hour / person. resulting in a 48% decrease in productivity. . In terms of time and cost, it is known that the value is more than one (SPI> 1). This means that project implementation has been accelerated (CPI> 1). actual costs incurred are less than the planned budget Keywords: Workers, Productivity, Hours of work, Time, Cost Tenaga kerja merupakan faktor penting pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Hal ini dikarenakan pekerjaan pada proyek konstruksi merupakan pekerjaan padat karya yang berarti banyak menggunakan tenaga kerja dan mayoritas pekerjaannya dikerjakan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui produktivitas hasil kerja normal dan kerja lembur pada proyek Renovasi Rumah di Duta Garden dan Mengetahui besar pengaruh produktivitas pada kerja lembur terhadap biaya upah tenaga kerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah tukang yang bekerja pada proyek renovasi perumahan duta garden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan setelah mendapatkan data maka akan di analisis menggunakan metode nilai hasil sehingga di dapat nila produktivitas pekerja di jam normal dan jam lembur di proyek renovasi perumahan duta garden. Hasil penelitian adalah Produktivitas hasil kerja normal dan kerja lembur pada proyek Renovasi Rumah di Duta Garden kelompok kerja pada pekerjaan bongkaran di jam normal 3,322 m2/jam/orang sedangkan pada jam lembur sebesar 1,7006 m2/jam/orang sehingga peurunan produktivitas sebesar 48%. Dari segi waktu dan biaya diketahui bernilai lebih dari satu ( SPI >1 ). Artinya pelaksanaan proyek mengalami percepatan dan ( CPI > 1 ). biaya aktual yang dikeluarkan slebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan anggaran yang di rencanakan Kata Kunci : Pekerja, Produktivitas, Jam Kerja, Waktu, Biaya
