Abstract

Delay in the project means an increase in the planned completion time. One of the efforts to anticipate delays in construction project is the acceleration of the project, but in its implementation the acceleration must still pay attention to quality and cost factors. Additional cost incurred are expect to be as minimum as possible and still pay attention to quality standards. With the research, an effort to find a solution to the problem of accelerating project completion in the implementation of the EPZ Warehouse 3 Unit Warehouse Development project in the Krakatau Industrial 1 Zone using the acceleration (crashing) method with the addition of working hours and additional labor, then will be able to difference in the duration of project implementation and project costs for both alternatives. The results of the analysis on the Construction Project of 3 Unit Warehouse EPZ Warehousing in the Krakatau Industrial 1 Zone obtained the result od the calculation of duration an cost after acceleration. From the calculation with the addition of additional work hours (overtime), the duration of 88 days or 26,667% is faster then the normal duration an the total cost is Rp19.918.062.727,26 or an increase of 1,169% of the total cost under normal conditions. As for the results of calculations with an alternative addition to labor, the duration is 71 days or 40,833% is faster than the normal duration and the total cost is Rp19.303.894.148,12 or a decrease of 1,951%. From these results it can be concluded that the acceleration of the project by using an alternatives addition of power work is an alternative with a more effective duration and a more economiical cost. Keywords : Acceleration, alternatives, cost, crashing, duration Keterlambatan proyek berarti bertambahnya waktu pelaksanaan penyelesaian yang telah direncanakan. Salah satu upaya antisipasi terjadinya keterlambatan proyek konstruksi adalah percepatan proyek, namun dalam pelaksanaannya percepatan harus tetap memperhatikan faktor mutu dan biaya. Penambahan biaya yang dikeluarkan diharapkan seminimum mungkin dan tetap memperhatikan standar mutu. Dengan penelitian ini upaya mencari solusi dari masalah percepatan penyelesaian proyek pada pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan Gudang 3 Unit Area Pergudangan EPZ di Kawasan Industri Krakatau I Cilegon menggunakan metode percepatan (crashing) dengan penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan tenaga kerja, kemudian akan dapat selisih durasi pelaksanaan proyek dan biaya proyek dari kedua alternatif tersebut. Hasil analisis pada Proyek Pembangunan 3 Unit Gudang Area Pergudangan EPZ di Kawasan Industri Krakatau I Cilegon didapatkan hasil perhitungan durasi dan biaya setelah dilakukan percepatan. Dari perhitungan dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja (lembur) didapatkan durasi 88 hari atau 26,667% lebih cepat dari durasi normal dan biaya total sebesar Rp19.918.062.727,26 atau naik sebesar 1,169% dari biaya total dalam kondisi normal. Sedangkan untuk hasil perhitungan dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja didapatkan durasi 71 hari atau 40,833% lebih cepat dari durasi normal dan biaya total sebesar Rp19.303.894.148,12 atau mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,951%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa percepatan proyek dengan menggunakan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja merupakan alternatif dengan durasi yang lebih efektif dan biaya yang lebih ekonomis.
