Abstract

This study aims to examine liquidity, profitability, asset structure, business risk and income tax simultaneously on capital structure, the research method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The target population in this study are property and real estate companies, with a period of 5 years, namely 2013-2017. There are 15 observations of property and real estate companies that meet the population criteria for five years of observation. The data collection technique uses secondary data in the form of published financial statements. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate simultaneously that Liquidity, Asset Structure, and Income Tax have a role on capital structure, while the profitability variable, and business risk do not have a significant role on capital structure. Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Income Tax and Capital Structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Struktur Asset, Risiko Bisnis dan Pajak Pendapatan secara simultan terhadap struktur modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate, dengan periode 5 tahun, yaitu 2013-2017. Ada 15 observasi perusahaan property dan real estate yang memenuhi kriteria populasi selama lima tahun pengamatan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan terpublikasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan Likuiditas, Struktur Asset, dan Pajak Pendapatan memiliki peran terhadap Struktur Modal, sedangkan variabel Profitabilitas, dan Risiko Bisnis tidak memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Struktur Asset, Resiko Bisnis, Pajak Pendapatan dan Struktur Modal.
