Abstract

The selection of the right implementation method can get the job done on time and at minimal cost. In this study the authors will compare the cost and time of floor slab work using the boundeck method with conventional method. This research will be conducted at the Arandra Residence Project, located on Jl. Cempaka Putih Raya No.1 Jakarta Pusat. In the implementation of floor slab work for tower area 2, floor 21 and floor 22 which have different work methods. For the 21st floor area work is used using the boundeck method, while for the 22nd floor the work is done using the conventional method. The difference in the use of the method is due to a design change from the assignor regarding the design which is uncertain. The focus of this final project discussion is on the calculation of cost and time between the two methods and find out more efficient methods between the two methods. The cost calculate by the volume of work from the shop drawing with related costs such as material and labor costs. The time calculation is done by calculation using the PERT method. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it is known that the total cost of the work using the boundeck method is Rp.839,813,417 and the total time required is 28 days. Whereas in the conventional method the total cost of work is Rp.1,721,718,112 and the total time required is 34 days. It was concluded that the boundeck method was more efficient compared to conventional methods. Efficiency in terms of lower work costs and faster processing time. The benefit of this study is one of the references for owner or contractor for the application between this two methods. Keywords: slab, boundeck, conventional, cost, time, PERT Pemilihan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu dan dengan biaya yang minim. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membandingkan biaya dan waktu pekerjaan pelat lantai menggunakan metode bondek dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Proyek Arandra Residence yang berlokasi di Jl. Cempaka Putih Raya No.1 Jakarta Pusat. Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai untuk area tower 2 lantai 21 dan lantai 22 yang memiliki metode kerja yang berbeda. Untuk area lantai 21 pekerjaan digunakan menggunakan metode bondek, sedangkan untuk lantai 22 pekerjaan dilakukan menggunakan metode konvensional. Perbedaan penggunaan metode tersebut dikarenakan adanya perubahan desain dari pihak pemberi tugas terkait desain yang belum pasti. Fokus pembahasan tugas akhir ini yaitu pada perhitungan biaya dan waktu diantara kedua metode tersebut serta mengetahui metode yang lebih efisien diantara kedua metode tersebut. Biaya dilakukan dengan cara menghitung volume pekerjaan dari shop drawing dengan biaya-biaya terkait seperti material dan upah pekerja. Perhitungan waktu dilakukam dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode PERT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa total biaya pekerjaan menggunakan metode bondek sebesar Rp.839,813,417 dan total waktu yang dibutuhkan sebesar 28 hari. Sedangkan pada metode konvensional total biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp.1,721,718,112 dan total waktu yang dibutuhkan sebesar 34 hari. Disimpulkan bahwa metode bondek lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Efisiensi ditinjau dari biaya pekerjaan yang lebih murah dan waktu pengerjaan yang lebih cepat. Manfaat dari penelitian ini sebagai salah satu referensi bagi pemberi tugas dan kontraktor dalam pengaplikasian diantara kedua metode.
