Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of production costs, operating costs, business income on net income. The object of this research is property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. The sample used in this study were 35 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in three years from 2015 to 2017 with a purposive sampling selection method. Statistical analysis was used in this study with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variable production costs, operational costs and income have a significant effect on net income on property companies listed on the IDX. While partially production costs and operational costs have a negative influence on net income, and business income has a significant effect on net income. Keywords : Net Income, Production Costs, Operating Costs, Operating Revenues Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya produksi, biaya operasional, pendapatan usaha terhdap laba bersih. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2017. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun mulai tahun 2015 hingga 2017 dengan metode seleksi purposive sampling. Analisa statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel biaya produksi, biaya operasional dan pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di BEI. Sedangkan secara parsial biaya produksi dan biaya operasional memliki pengaruh negatif terhadap laba bersih, dan pendapatan usaha memliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih.
