Abstract
The rapid timing of implementing the job is the reason why Koja Hospital development project is implemented by design and build system. However, the implementation of the project is still experiencing delays. This thesis discusses the design and build application factors towards time performance at Koja Hospital building construction project. The variable arrangements are taken from secondary data and literature studies, validation from initial experts, pilot survey, questionnaires distributed to the respondents, then the data is being analyzed using SPSS with the analysis of homogeneity, descriptive, validity, reliability, normality, correlation, factor, multiple linear regression, and final experts validation. As a result, we obtains two design and build application factors that affect the project time performance at Koja Hospital, namely: the ability of contractors and procurement process and defining the scope of the project. From the regression equation, there are factors correlated with project time performance and the factors degrade the project time performance at Koja Hospital. Keywords : Design - Build, Time Performance, SPSS Waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang cepat merupakan alasan mengapa proyek pengembangan RSUD Koja dilaksanakan dengan sistem design and build. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan proyek masih saja mengalami keterlambatan. Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor penerapan design and build terhadap kinerja waktu pada proyek konstruksi gedung RSUD Koja. Penyusunan variabel merupakan dari data sekunder dan studi literatur, validasi pakar awal, pilot survey, penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan analisis homogenitas, deskriptif, validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi, faktor, regresi linear berganda, dan dilakukan validasi pakar akhir. Kemudian didapatkan dua faktor penerapan design and build yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek RSUD Koja yaitu : kemampuan kontraktor serta proses procurement dan pendefinisian lingkup proyek. Dari persamaan regresi, terlihat faktor berkorelasi dengan kinerja waktu proyek dan faktor tersebut menurunkan kinerja waktu proyek RSUD Koja. Kata kunci : Design - Build, Kinerja Waktu, SPSS
